Ayock Dues & Assessments

Each June annual dues invoices are emailed out to the Owner of Record for each lot in the Ayock Community. Invoices will not be sent via USPS mail, so please check your email inbox and junk mail folders.  Invoices are due within 60 days of invoice.  Email treasurer@ayockbeachcommunity.org with any questions.

Invoices include:

General Fund: $230

Water Usage: $155

Total due for 2026 is $385.00 per year, per lot.

We strive to keep annual dues affordable while maintaining and improving our community. Occasionally, larger projects may require a special assessment, as was the case with the replacement of our pier. There are currently no special assessments in place.
