Our recently appointed water management company has been conducting a thorough evaluation of our system requirements in collaboration with the State of Washington.
2025 Annual Water Quality Data Report. Annual reports posted in January of each year.
Coliform Bacteria Analysis Report 9/3/2026. Water quality is monitored and tested monthly.

Water Conservation Goal:
The State of Washington also requires that private water systems submit a water conservation goal. A goal was presented at the April 2026 Annual Meeting to reduce summer water consumption of average use per household by 1% per year as measured by the meter that is located at the 13m000 gallon tank on the hillside. We plan to accomplish this goal by the use of Community Outreach, Community Awareness and the Use of Meter Reading (total) Usage.
