Ayock Privileges and Use of Amenities, including Rentals
Annual Dues for 2026 were $385.00/year, per lot, which includes water consumption for the year. Dues are invoiced in June of each year, and due within 60 days.
We strive to keep annual dues affordable while maintaining and improving our community. Occasionally, larger projects may require a special assessment, as was the case with the replacement of our pier. There are currently no special assessments in place.
Annual community meeting is Saturday of Memorial Day each year.
